[IAEP] noob download Sugar for XO

Martin,

Thanks for your input on this.
As you know (I think), I have 140 students working with XO-1s. The devices
are running build 802.
Are your 822 updates ready for production, so to speak?
If so, how would I upgrade my XOs without reflashing them?
