[IAEP] [Sugar-devel] Sugar in the splash screen

Our policy is to market Sugar, not the underlying distro. The approach
is to build the Sugar brand. We had this discussion for Sugar on a
Stick.
By OLPC logo I think you mean what I called the XO avatar?
