[IAEP] deployment team meeting?

Could we add this theme to regular deployment meeting?

Looking the calendar, next depoyment team meeting will be Wednesday
Sept 2nd  at 14 UTC (9 EST). Would you prefer to begin at 13 UTC(8
EST)?
