Will you:
1. Summarize this thread as a new thread on iaep and devel.
2. Ensure that there is general consensus.
3. Post the consensus at
http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Sugar_Labs/Governance/Membership .
4. Ask that Walter post link to membership page in weekly digest.
