[IAEP] meetup in Europe

How about debconf?

I would like to see about having a gathering of Sugar people at the
upcoming debconf.  Debian is a _critical_ path in the Sugar
distribution chain.

I hope that if we can meet more Debian developers and packagers we can
get a better understanding of the debian community culture and
processes.
