So would that include Earth Treasury? Some of our contributions:

o Administering two neglected localization projects
o Recruiting localizers
o Contributing design ideas for various software, content, and textbooks
o Recruiting other partners
o Taking on R & D challenges such as village electricity and Internet

Clearly Red Hat qualifies, and so does Google with Summer of Code
projects. How about eBay, which as far as I know has only contributed
cash?

I can cite numerous organizations that I think should join in our work
and become Sugar partners, but I'll save that for another time.
