[IAEP] Events calendar: proposal

OK, so this is the simplest possible proposal, but it's a start:

This is the proposed Event summary page.  Note: events go on this page 
*if and only if* someone in the broader Sugar community has committed to 
being the organizer.  Whether that's Walter, or myself, or Joe Random 
Sugar Fan, the process should be the same.

This is what an Event page might look like.  The goal is to give potential 
participants a single, authoritative place to organize and flesh out the 
details for whatever event they might participate in.  The skeleton is 
light and will likely vary from event to event, but some information will 
always be similar: places, dates, organizer, attendees.

Anyway.  That's my first take.  Comments strongly encouraged.  :)
