[IAEP] [sugar] Updated sugar packages for Ubuntu hardy available

Morgan,
Thanks for your work! I installed the new packages on my Ubuntu machine, and
everything worked well at first glance. This should be a big enabler for
using Sugar on desktops and laptops!
I updated the wiki page to fix a small typo in the installation
instructions. We should probably also add an explanation for apt-get's
warnings about installing packages that aren't signed (I forget what apt-get
said exactly).
