Yet another low-cost platform, Windows-CE on Samsung, ARM 9 Core.

They tout a $99 price point up front and then basically walk away from that
assertion in their FAQ, giving no idea what actual cost would be.  I'm only
posting this here because I know some of you are interested in knowing about
any possible contenders in the marketplace and there have from time-to-time
been discussions about ARM-based "laptops".
