[IAEP] Spam filters

Aaron, can we configure a spam filter on tema?

I can send you my SpamAssassin and DSPAM config files and bayes
databases.

When messages are marked with the proper spam headers, I'll
configure the lists to refuse them silently.  It's rather safe
for mailing lists because by default you get back your own
postings.
