  * desired username

Hmmm... volunteers welcome.  Edward volunteered to maintain
developer documentation; this is not the same thing.  Me thinks.

We'll leave this decision to whoever wants to maintain it.
I'm happy to keep using the wiki for everything, especially after
seeing your work.
