[Its.an.education.project] Preliminary wiki home page now online

It looks great, I think it would be good to add a bullet (to the right of
the big logo) about constructionism or discoverability along with the list
of the other 'good stuff'.  I know its a wiki but I feel like there are
people on this list who could put it much more elegantly than I ;)
