Is there really a reason to keep much of this stuff duplicated at all?  
It seems like everyone would benefit if OLPC and SugarLabs sat down  
and figured out a first pass at ownership and how to split up work in  
general. The wiki is not the only part of infrastructure being  
duplicated, and it'd be good to minimize duplication and be able to  
justify it when it occurs.
