David, thanks for the invitation.

let me think about it and talk about it w/ folks here. However, I don't
really see how Nepalis would approach sugar all that differently from
Peruvians besides translations. 

I think it would be a bit confusing to have a NepalCube, when we already
have the general olpc nepal community and an NGO OLE Nepal implementing
the pilots. Adding a third organizational entity would be pretty
confusing.

Most of our current volunteers are involved in sysadmin, networking, and
content development. We need to do a better job of getting Nepali
programmers interested in Sugar. We will try to do that this summer.
