[IAEP] Planet Sugarlabs Server Errors

Hi guys!

I get dozens of error emails a day that look like the one attached  
below. I don't really have the time or necessary knowledge to look  
into this right now but I would like this flooding to stop. Does  
anyone know what causes this error?
