[IAEP] Path to Constructionism (was Re: Its.an.education.project Digest, Vol 4, Issue 8)

It is a mistake to point to Ethiopia as a victory for constructionism.  It
made very important improvements, but that trial explicitly didn't promote
constructionism, rather it worked within the existing structure to get
significant improvements such as ENCOURAGING STUDENTS TO ASK QUESTIONS IN
CLASS.  Formerly this was considered disrespectful to teachers.  Obviously
this is a first step, but please don't minimize the long road to travel
between such as a beginning and a destination in which constructionism is
the norm.
