How about a joint design with OLE? How about formalizing the Sugar
Labs/OLE relationship, and making it much more visible to everybody
who wants to start an OLPC/Sugar Labs/OLE affiliate in any country?
There are a lot of resources that don't overlap much between the three
organizations, and there are a lot of common issues for any Local Lab
anywhere.
