[IAEP] Rolling out Local Sugar Labs

Some advances related to SugarLabs Colombia,

We have now the mail setup for each member, user at co.sugarlabs.org
members are people that have work for more than two months constantly on
olpc/sugar related things.


We  have  also the first mailist. sugar-colombia at co.sugarlabs.org

We still lack a wiki solution but working on it.. also we lack an static
landing portal...also working on it.
