[IAEP] OpenID

We have a volunteer who runs a small openID business who is willing to
help us migrate our logins to openID.  This migration has been on our
infrastructure todo list for a couple of months.

Does anyone have the time, interest, and ability to looking into this
offer?  Security is too far out of my area of knowledge for me to
continue to the discussion with him;(
