[GSoC] Subject: Meeting Notes: Sugarizer VueJS App Project

Dear Sugar Labs community,
I wanted to share a summary of our 1st meeting about the project held on
2nd June Sunday 19h30 UTC.

## Tasks for the First Week
Task1: Complete migration to i18next-vue and improve/migrate the old
localization code Task2: Display a confirmation dialog when disconnecting
from the app when not connected to a server (TODO list) Task3: Optimize
icon coloring #1370 (TODO list) Task4: Add spinner when connecting to a
server (TODO list) Task5: Review hard coded target test in show popup (TODO
list)
