[Gsoc] Changes to Student application template

Hi,

There are/were a couple of changes that needs to be done in
http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Summer_of_Code/Student_application_template

1. The deadline was mentioned as Apr 3. I guess it is the 2009 deadline.
I changed it to Apr 9 (after talking to people in IRC). Hope it is correct.

2. The page contains a link to
http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Category:2009_GSoC_applications
I am not sure what it must be changed to. Can some one change it
appropriately ?
