[math4] #Sugar transcript

I've added a brief page at http://sugarlabs.org/go/User:KRobinson/Math4 
to cover what I've being asked most often about what's going on in 
Rochester. 

Good news is that Fedora, OLPC and Sugar Labs use the same Wiki System 
so we can move this bugger anywhere. 

Feel free to add to it or suggest changes.
