There are at least 3 from the Rochester NY LUG and we'll have a class of
RIT students starting on the project March 13. (I'll forward the cass
info to this list so you'll know what we're dealing with)

I'm happy to help coordinate the Developers here, but I need to know how
to get them into the system quickly. I'd rather they not have to wait
too long to get going so that any enthusiasm they come with can be feed
rather than waining while we figure out how to use their talents.

Maybe we do need a few seed projects to put people on so they don't get
overwhelmed with choosing their own tasks.

Obviously if they have a task in mind, there's no reason to stop them,
but while we ramp up those asking for assignments can get one to start on.

I won't be doing any of the code development, but if you'll fill me full
of info, I can certainly assist with the volunteer resources - triage,
Q&A and such.
