[math4] Recruiting teachers

It's going slowly right now because I'm not pushing as hard as I'd
like. Lots of busy things to do like maybe I'll finish my business
taxes before the 15th?!?!
I do have my son's elementary school spreading the word, and other
things in the pipeline, but you don't need to wait for me to clear my
schedule if you've got ideas and ways to bring folks on board
