Missing [bluetooth] from the XO-4 ini file, there is a statement that
disables the bluethooth service that should be run.
There is a commit upstream OOB that blacklists a module in
modules/xo4/kspost.50.xo4-tweaks.inc that is missing in the DX4 OOB.
