[Dextrose] Dextrose 4 Australia build 11 is out!

Hi

A new build for Dextrose 4 AU is out. To reduce the confusions, we will be
using consistent release numbers with each build for all dextrose4 flavours
(intl, au and uy versions) from now on. This mean that this build has gone
from build 3 to build 11.


Some of the changes on this new image are:

* Show "XO Duo" in Model field in About My Computer
* Added packages needed for spell check
* Added the OSK module to 1.75 and xo4 builds.
* Full proxy autoconfiguration support
