I have this same problem with 12.1.0 on the XO-1.5 (eg 21021o1.zd).

Very small tmpfs filesystems get allocated to various directories in 
/var.  Unfortunately, small tmpfs filesystems seem to be allocated to 
/var and /var/tmp as well.
