As soon as Santi and me get to have a hack session, most likely
tomorrow. In any case since the goal with DX4 is doing a clean port
from DX3 with no new features (at least in its firts release), no new
strings are expected. Ajay can say better about this.

Also, note that we skept 0.96 and went direclty to 0.98 as base for DX4.
