[Dextrose] First Dextrose 4 rpms ready for testing

After a little of unexpected fighting with the arm build machine a set
of armv7 (intended for XO-1.75/XO-4) Sugar 0.97 RPMs with the Dextrose
features set is available here:
http://download.sugarlabs.org/dextrose/daily/v4/

It will be completed tomorrow with the i686 packages Santiago made,
and he will be taking over with releasing this from this time on.

Notes:
* They have been built from the QA branches of the sugar,
sugar-artwork and sugar-toolkit-gtk3 git repos at
http://git.sugarlabs.org/dextrose
* They are expected to be rough, please report everything!
* Some features may be missing, Ajay is finishing the code port.
* We will soon publish a detailed list of features and their development status.

To install them you need to run the following commands on an XO-1.75
flashed with OLPC OS 13 Beta (http://build.laptop.org/13.1.0/)
