[Dextrose] DX4 images Beta 5

Dextrose 4 beta 5 has been published, and is avaliabe as usually on
http://build.activitycentral.com/DX4/ , with version number 40005.

* This is the first Dextrose 4 image that includes sugar 0.98 , released on
Thursday, thanks to the fast merge from Ajay.

* This build has also all the gconf settings for dextrose4 international
enabled [1]
