[Dextrose] DX4 images Beta 3

Hi

Due to problems with fedora18 arm repos,this release is being published a
bit late. Images for XO 1, 1.5, 1.75 and 4 are now available as usually on
http://build.activitycentral.com/DX4/ , with version number 40003 .

As a reminder, this is the versioning schema:

Example: 40003DX2.zd
4: Version major number
0: Version minor number
0: Version release number
03: Build number
DX: Tag for DEXTROSE
2: target hardware: 0=XO1 1=XO1.5 2=XO1.75 4=XO4
