don't do that, olpc-os-builder has the correct url and does the
translation of "olpc_frozen_4"=1,local.11.3.1-xo1.5 
to "http://mock.laptop.org/cgit/local.11.3.1-xo1.5/tree/" 
to where the repodata directory is. 

In a web browser can you view the above link? and does olpc-firmware
appear in /RPMS?
