[Dextrose] Questions

Hi all:

I'm a little confused, when I view:
http://download.sugarlabs.org/dextrose/testing/dx3/rpms-next/specs/sugar.spec,
the url path points to:
http://people.sugarlabs.org/silbe/dextrose/patchsets/ where
sugar-dx3-20111216.tar.gz should be but is not. I can retrieve the patchset
file from the src rpm and compare it to sugar-dx3-20120123.tar.gz where I
find that some of the patches in sugar-dx3-20111216 differ from
sugar-dx3-20120123, see patch0064 for an example. I'm a bit confused with
the process to re-create the latest dextrose rpms that would have proxy
support for yum that is in sugar-dx3-20111216.
