[Dextrose] Notes on using Sugar Server Kit to monitor usage statistics

Hi,

I'm trying to implement the functionality provided by the
sugar-client, sugar-server and sugar-stats-server packages which will
track various usage statistics on the computer and sync them with a
server.

My early efforts to make this feature work are documented here:

I think, over time, this page will evolve and eventually become a
guide for deployments which want to use this functionality. The sugar
statistics gathering feature will be a part of Dextrose-3.
