[Dextrose] Dextrose 4 build 7

Hi

A bit later than expected, but here it is, the 7th dextrose4 build:

Some of the changes for this build have been:

* We are using olpc frozen repos, so f18 upstream changes doesn't impact us
.

* We are building usb image updates for xo1 and xo1.5. Arm build boxes
needs an update on disk size to allow this files to be built
