Well, the globe can be confused with Browse and the URI mimetype icons,
such as text-uri-list.svg , transfer-from-text-uri-list.svg,  &
transfer-to-text-uri-list.svg.

So consider /icons/sugar/scalable/emblems/neighborhood-shared.svg:
(or emblem-neighborhood-shared.svg, if needed for the API).
