[Dextrose] Including X11VNC on Dextrose

Hi.

The activity team is working on a series of activities to help teachers use
sugar  better and more

Among them its the classroombroadcast activity, that allows the teacher to
broadcast a sugar screen to all the class.

This activity is relaying on having the x11vnc [1] dependency to function,
as this dependency will probably be needed by other teacher oriented
activities it would be important to include it on the standard dextrose
build.
