[Dextrose] Display not occurring on a "osuilder" dx2-xo1 build

Hi,

I tested on a f11 vm...

The problem doesn't happen if you have updated your f11 system. I
don't exactly know why.

I'm attaching the ini file (some activities commented, unchanged
otherwise) for reference.
