You'll need to clean up:
/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules (delete the lines that
refer to all the eth devices)
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth* (remove the HWADDR line)
ssh keys (/etc/ssh/ssh_host_*)
postgresql server.crt
