[Dextrose] Patch queue for dx-2

Hi all,

I've tried to review all patches posted to dextrose@ (starting from
2010-02-08) to check missed onces and pinged particular threads.

The rest ones might be considered as too invasive for dx-2 (at least
for initial release), these are (see patches posted to dextrose@ for
