[Dextrose] Browse Activity doesn't scale web pages

Hi!


I remember that Browse Activity used to scale the web pages a 40 % (because
for the XO screen resolution the web pages looks very small).
This behaviour remains in the new versions of Browse/Sugar?
For some test that we did, seems like it doesn't work.
