There is known issue with not showing application window on starup if
GeoGebra was launched using bundled jre. But using openjdk from fc11
native packages, fixes it. I bundled recent GeoGebra release w/o jre on
http://download.sugarlabs.org/sources/honey/GeoGebra/.
