[Dextrose] Browse Activity doesn't scale web pages

It seems to be the problem w/ css on particualr sites..
eg, set the scale in Browse to see sugarlasb.org text in proper size,
then open wiki.sugarlabs.org with the same scalling, you will see too
big text (but it looks fine w/o any scalling).
