[Dextrose] Laptop won't boot after upgrading to Dextrose

Three hypothesis:

1) perhaps the firmware could not be updated because the laptop was not
connected to AC or the battery wasn't at least 20% charged when the
laptop booted.

2) perhaps the OS update is incomplete. Try repeating the update.

3) perhaps you did boot with the developer key to unlock the laptop, but
forgot to do "disable-security" (twice!). Now the laptop is still locked
and won't boot because the new OS is not signed by OLPC. Simply turn on
the laptop with the developer key on a USB stick and type
"disable-security".

I bet on (3).
