[Dextrose] Automatic Power Management and 3G Modems

If you are using the option "Automatic Power Management" and you plug in a
3G Modem, the device disconnects after some seconds.
Just something to communicate to users. Maybe we could show a alert to the
user when try to connect a 3G Modem with this configuration.
What do you think?
