[Dextrose] re active the network mesh when suspends the system

Nope, but we may fix it by dropping a script in /etc/pm/sleep.d/.
See /usr/lib64/pm-utils/sleep.d/ for some examples.

If you end up solving this problem, could you please post the script for
inclusion in upstream Dextrose? Thanks!
