Someone of SEET devs worked on that, but I can't find recent patch...

Anyway, the approach that was chosen is popping up regular Alert for the
first time when free space achieves the first limit(light), when do not
popup any alerts while free space achieved hard limit and popup modal
window w/ "Go to Journal" button. (If I recall it right).
