[Dcpr] Revised version of DCPR Recommendations up

Dear DCPR members,

just a quick email to inform you that a new version of the DCPR Recommendations on Terms of Service and Human Rights is now available on the IGF platform: http://review.intgovforum.org/igf-2015/dynamic-coalitions/dynamic-coalition-on-platform-responsibility-dc-pr/

This version incorporates some of the feedback received in the consultation with the broader IGF community. You can find the previous version and all the comments made to it in the bottom part of the page linked above, in particular from paragraph 144 onwards. 
The IGF Secretariat will use this version to produce hard copies for circulation at the IGF, but comments in the platform remain open at all time as an opportunity to get additional insights and suggestions for further discussion.

On a separate note, in case you have tried to visit the DCPR website over the last 2 days, you might have realized that we had some technical problems. The site has been hacked and is currently back online, although with a different design.
