[Cmacc] Testing the mailing list - Blockchain presentation

Primavera and I did a video for a meeting of blockchain folks that is 
taking place this evening on Sand Hill. Swarm Decentralized Demo Day.

Blockchain seems to be part of the solution.  I can imagine a nearly 
fully automated approach to Materials Transfer Agreements and other 
documents of the research supply chain.

As part of the preparation for Dubai - we'd be delighted to do one or 
more focused videos.
