 Observed on Fedora-SoaS-Live-x86_64-26-20170423.n.0.iso and Fedora-SoaS-
 Live-x86_64-26-20170429.n.0.iso

 Alt 1 and PrtScn  fail to invoke the request when an item popup menu/panel
 is active.  Alt 1 and the Frame screenshot tool work otherwise.
